CAMBIOS Y CONTINUIDADES EN LA POLÍTICA SOCIAL DEL ESTADO NACIONAL (2024-2025). : LOS CAMBIOS EN EL EX-MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL DE LA NACIÓN

Abstract

In this article we will work on the modifications and continuities in the former Ministry of Social Development of the Nation in Argentina during the first year of Javier Milei's government. We will briefly characterize the institutional structures, benefits and work approaches in the history of the Ministry, created at the end of the last century, to move on to address what we understand defines a significant change in the social institutionality in the national government. The continuity of direct monetary benefits, the elimination of proposals for territorial work or support for collective experiences (social organizations, productive ventures), the elimination of technical-professional interventions, etc. They form a scenario of deterritorialization, of transfer due to the absence of responses to the provinces and of a deresponsibilization of social issues at the national level.
